- The price mentioned is per night and for two people.

- An additional cost is required from the third person.

- Breakfast is included in the price.

- Tourist tax is not included in the price.

- Payment can only be made by cash or via BACS payment (for deposit only).

- The balance of your stay will be paid on the spot on the departure day.

- Bookings are made by post, email or over the phone.

- Booking is effective from the payment of a 20€ deposit per night.

- This deposit must be paid within seven days following the booking request, otherwise the booking will be cancelled without notice.

- The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of these present general terms of sales.

- Once the deposit is received, a confirmation will be sent via post, email or over the phone.

- If the cancellation occurs less than seven days before the arrival date, the deposit won’t be refunded.

- If the cancellation occurs less than two days before the arrival date, the deposit won’t be refunded and the owner reserves the right to claim the total amount of the stay.

- If the guest does not show up or contact te owner before 19h00 on his arrival day, the present contract is declared void by rights and the owner can make the use of his rooms.

- If the stay is shortened, the total cost of the accommodation must be integrally paid to the owner.

- If before the beginning of the stay the owner was forced to cancel the booking, he would let the client know through recorded delivery letter. The client would immediately be refunded from payments already made.

- The present is a fixed-term contract. The client won’t in any case pride himself on any right to remain in the premises.

- Rooms are available from 17h00. let us know for any arrival after 19h00, please make sure not to arrive after 22h00.

- The owner reserves the right to change the room initially booked for a similar o superior capacity room without the client being able to request any indemnity. In such a case, the booking costs remains unchanged.

- Breakfast is served from 8h00 until 9h30.

- Guest must vacate their rooms by 11h00.

- Unless otherwise agreed during the booking pets are not allowed.

- The rooms and the house are strictly non-smoking.

- Sheets and towels are provided.

- Children can play in the park under the sole responsibility of their parents.

- Guests commits themselves in giving the rooms back in a perfect state at the end of their stay as well as declaring and assuming financially any possible damage.

- In case of dispute, the competent authority is the jurisdiction of Brest.

- The present terms of sales can be modified at any time without notice.
